Hi, my name’s John D’Amours and I hate today’s instructions… so does everyone I know!
As a child, I used to study graphs and diagrams in my older brother’s and sister’s textbooks. After getting a BS EET at NAU, I spent the next 23 years at Intel supporting Manufacturing as a Sr. Technical Training Engineer. Almost all my development focused on the media first.
My energy now targets the global stage to improve instructions for other companies as well as consumers in this same visual way. Based on the forces in motion, the stage is set!
In this blog I will share some visions on how this will likely play out, why it is inevitable, in addition to key learnings gained along the way. People that might find this engaging are in the field of Training, Publishing, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, CAD Design, Mobile Technology, Lean Experts, and Planet Savers because there’s still way too much paper out there!
